  • What is Mysteryland?

    Established in 1993 in the Netherlands, Mysteryland is now the world’s longest-running electronic music, culture and arts festival. The festival made its USA debut in 2014 at the site of the legendary 1969 Woodstock Festival and now returns for its fourth edition in June of 2017!

  • Wristbands

    All festival tickets will be mailed in the form of a Mysteryland wristband until the designated mailing cut off date to be announced at a later date. The wristbands that will be shipped will do so much closer to the event so you only have to keep them stashed for a few weeks. For those that order after the shipping date, wristbands will be picked up at the festival box office.

  • Acceptable Forms of ID?

    The following forms of ID are accepted:

    • Government-issued Passport
    • Valid Driver’s License with photo (United States or Canada)
    • Military Identification Card with Photo
    • Valid Government Issued Identification Card with Photo
  • Security Check & Search

    All people/cars/birdies are subject to search upon entering Mysteryland & the Holy Grounds. Please review our list of prohibited items, as confiscated items are considered forfeited upon entry, so please don’t bring them!

  • Camera Equipment

    You may bring a digital camera/phone and take as many amazing photos/selfies as you want! However, professional cameras (photographic equipment that has removable lenses) are NOT allowed.

  • Accessibility / ADA

    For all of our guests with disabilities: we strive to make Mysteryland accessible for ALL of our amazing patrons. If you have any questions please contact our ADA department directly at ada@mysteryland.us.

  • Dress Code

    Much like Woodstock ‘69, there is no dress code for Mysteryland! It is the perfect place for you to put your creativity to the test. The weekend is full of surprises and decorative stage sets, so impress us with your costumes and colorful garb to match. However, Mysteryland is a rain or shine event so be sure to check out the forecast before heading our way and plan accordingly!

  • Venue Entrance Policies
    •  All visitors/birdies entering the Mysteryland festival/venue must be at least 19 years of age with a valid photo ID.
    • No Re-entry for non-Holy Ground tickets. Once you enter the venue, if you choose to leave early, you will not be allowed back in on the same day.
    • All non-Holy Ground ticket holders MUST enter through the Venue entrance. Only Holy Ground ticket holders may check in at the Holy Ground box office and enter through the campgrounds.
  • Venue Prohibited Items
    • No glass of any kind
    • No weapons of any kind (regardless of permit)
    • No paint of any kind (including paint markers and spray paint)
    • No fireworks
    • No illegal substances
    • No drugs or drug paraphernalia (If you are required to take medication while attending the festival, it needs to be in the correct prescription bottle with the same name as the attendee. You may also be required to show ID)
    • No large chains
    • No laser pointers
    • No flags or totems with metal or wood pieces
    • No large umbrellas
    • No unsealed tampons
    • No stuffed animals/ dolls
    • No pacifiers
    • No unsealed over the counter medications / vitamins (prescription drugs in non-approved containers must be turned over to medical)
    • No vending without permit
    • No bicycles, scooters, go carts or ATVs
    • No Pets – UNLESS it is a service animal, and You are a person with disabilities, or service animals in-training have appropriate apparel and have on Your person credentials for an accredited school for which the dog is being raised.     • No outside food or drinks (1 factory sealed water bottle is okay)

    • Merchandise: Mysteryland merchandise can be found in both the venue and Holy Grounds!

  • On-Site Camping

    There is no better way to experience Mysteryland than to experience it camping! The Mysteryland ‘Holy Ground’ on-site camping experience speaks for itself as you will be camping right on the sacred grounds of ’69 Woodstock. You must be 19 years or older to enter the Holy Ground campgrounds with a valid government issued ID or passport, and you must purchase one of our ticket options that includes camping.

    For safety purposes, our on-site camping is tent-only camping, this means we do not allow cars! Parking is located close to the campgrounds and parking passes can be purchased HERE.

  • Tent Camping Only Community

    The Holy Grounds are a tent camping only community. There is no car camping or RV’s allowed. Please only bring the size of tent for the # of people in your party! If you arrive with just your girlfriend in a 10 person tent that means there won’t be room for everyone 🙁

  • Nomad Campgrounds

    The Holy Ground campgrounds are just a few steps away from the main venue. The main nomad campgrounds will include “The Plaza Central” which includes a variety of food, beverage and craft vendors. We have charging lockers for purchase, bathroom facilities, showers and free water stations. Our on-site camping is tent-only camping and only available for Nomads who are 19 years or older, this means we do not allow cars!

  • Friendship Camping

  • East Tents at the Holy Ground

    Our Easy Tents are back! All you have to do is show up and BOOM…you’re all set to party. A Mysteryland branded pre-set up tent with a 2-person airbed including 2 sleeping bags will be waiting for you in our Easy Tent section at the Holy Ground. Your tent and camping gear is yours to keep after the festival! The Easy Tent package is available for 2 people and will include 2 tickets of the ticket type you choose (Nomad (GA), Premium (VIP) or Platinum (Super VIP) for access to the venue and Holy Ground campgrounds.

    You must be 19+ to access the Holy Ground campgrounds. Any Premium or Platinum purchasers must be 21+

  • Bird's Nests at the Holy Ground

    Our Bird’s Nests are back! All you have to do is show up and BOOM…you’re all set to party.

  • Premium Campground

    Premium & Platinum ticket holders will be able to experience ALL amenities that nomad ticket holders can enjoy PLUS the perk to camp in the reserved premium VIP camping area in the Holy Ground campgrounds. This is a secure area located in a prime camping location, which includes a 24hr concierge to answer all of your questions.  Your must be 21 years to enter any Premium or Platinum area.

  • Entry & Re-Entry Restrictions
    • Onsite Holy Ground campers must be 19 years of age with a valid photo ID.
    • Only onsite Holy Ground ticketholders will be able to access the campgrounds.
    • Non-Campers will not be allowed to access the holy ground parking lot, box office or campgrounds.
    • Re-entry between the festival and Holy Ground campgrounds is allowed during venue hours.
    • There is NO Re-entry between the parking lots and the campgrounds. You will only be able to make one trip from your car into the campgrounds. You can make trips from the car to the festival entrance, however once you scan your bracelet and have entered the actual campgrounds you will not be allowed to leave and regain access.
    • Cars may not re-enter the Holy Ground Parking Lot. Once you arrive, you are partying with us until you depart for the weekend!

    Camelbaks/Hydration Packs are allowed into our festival, but please keep in mind that the bladdes need to be empty and will be subject to search by our security department.

    • Showers: We have hot water showers and restrooms all over the Holy Ground Camping facilities. If you purchase a Premium VIP ticket, you may shower for free!

  • Bird's Nests

    Choose between (1) 2-person or 4-person Glamping Tent Package located in the private Bird’s Nest community of the Holy Ground campground. Packages include: 

    • A luxurious glamping tent, set up with two twin beds, one queen bed or 4 cots (you will choose the package you want during your purchase process) 
    • Packages with beds include linens and a memory foam mattress, a table and two chairs, fan, tent lock and a lamp (all tents will have power)         
    • Packages with cots include a pillow and sleeping bags that you get to keep, bedside tables, fan, tent lock and a lamp (all tents will have power)                                                       
    • Bird’s Nests will be located in a private area within Holy Grounds, complete with private temperature controlled showers and bathrooms
    • Nomad, Premium or Platinum venue access for 2 or 4 people Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Choose your bed type at purchase

  • Refund Policy

    This is a no-refund event. During the purchase process when buying your ticket, you have the ability to purchase insurance on your ticket for an additional cost. This allows you to refund your ticket due to certain circumstances. Its important to read the details regarding what is considered an approved refund or not before purchasing to ensure your potential scenario would constitute a refund as not all scenarios are valid.

  • Upgrades

    Already purchased a ticket and want to upgrade to a different ticket option? No problem! Please contact Paylogic customer support or call (646) 741-0139 between the hours of 9am-5pm EST.

  • When will I receive my tickets in the mail?

    All festival admission tickets will be mailed to you in the form of an RFID wristband.

    Wristbands will ship in May, please keep an eye on our socials in order to find out when shipping begins.

  • Will I receive my parking, locker or shuttle ticket in the mail?

    No, those are e-tickets only! When you purchased your ticket you received an email with a link to download the ticket. Be sure to download that e-ticket and bring it with you to the festival! 

  • Ticket as a Gift?

    Go ahead! Please make sure you put the recipient’s address as the shipping address — that way they’ll receive their wristbands in the mail.

Travel

  • AIRBNB Rentals

    If you want to rent your own place, you can use AirBnB.com (or similar websites). Search “Bethel, NY” as your city, and options will appear. Remember that the hosts might not be attending the festival (and having as much fun as you are) so be friendly and respectful during your stay!

  • Shuttle Passes

    Mysteryland will be offering official shuttle services from several cities around the festival as well as NYC and New York airports. Stay tuned for more information!

    In an effort to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint, Mysteryland has partnered up with FestDrive to offer shuttle services from several cities to and from the festival! We offer shuttles from Grand Central Station in New York City as well as the following airports: JFK, LGA and Newark Airport. Shuttles are available for day, weekend and camping visitors.

  • By Car - Camping Visitors

    Please make sure you purchase the proper vehicle parking pass as ALL CARS must have a parking pass to be able to park at Mysteryland. Visitors with an on-site Holy Ground camping ticket will park in a special lot closest to the campgrounds. Do NOT purchase a day visitor parking pass as you will not be able to enter the campgrounds from that lot (and visa versa!). Driving directions will be found on the website the week of show.

    Coming North From New York City/Interstate 87:

    • Take Interstate 87 North to exit 15A for NY-17 West
    • Stay on NY-17 for approximately 75 miles
    • Take exit 104 ( NY 17B – Raceway, Monticello) heading WEST
    • Head west on State Road 17B for 8.8 miles
    • As you approach Bethel Woods Creative Arts center follow the signs for Festival Camping
    • Turn Right onto Happy Avenue and continue for 2.7 miles
    • Turn left onto Laymon Rd. and continue for 1 mile
    • Turn Left onto Best Rd.
    • From Best Road you will be directed to Festival Parking.

    From Scranton/81 from the South:

    • Follow directions to 84 East
    • Take I-84 East for approximately 70 miles to exit 4w
    • Merge onto NY-17 West toward Binghamton.

    • Take exit 104 ( NY 17B – Raceway, Monticello)heading WEST

    All vehicles at Mysteryland must have a parking pass. Please make sure you purchase the proper parking pass! Day visitors may not enter through the Holy Grounds so please make sure you purchase a Day Visitor Parking Pass!  Driving directions will be found on the website the week of show.

    New York City/Interstate 87:

    • Take Interstate 87 North to exit 15A for NY-17 West
    • Stay on NY-17 for approximately 75 miles
    • Take exit 104

    Coming North From New York City/Interstate 87:

    • Take exit 104 ( NY 17B – Raceway, Monticello) heading WEST
    • Head west on State Road 17B for 8.8 miles
    • As you approach Bethel Woods Creative Arts center follow the signs for Festival
    • Turn Right onto Perry Road and continue for 1.2 miles
    • Turn Right onto West Shore Road and continue for approximately 0.7 Miles, where you will be directed to Festival parking.

    Kiss and Ride/Drop off – If you are being dropped off at Mysteryland please follow these directions:

     

    Coming from the West:

    • Follow NY State 17B to Perry Road
    • Turn Left onto Perry Road and continue for 1.2 miles
    • Turn Right onto West Shore Road and continue for approximately 0.7 Miles.
    • Follow directions to the tollbooth locations where you can alert staff that you are dropping off.
    • Once through the tollbooths please follow signs for Kiss and Ride.
    • After you have dropped off follow signs to exit the site.

    * You will follow the same directions to pick up at the end of the night.

    Coming from the East:

    • Follow NY State 17B to Perry Road
    • Turn Right onto Perry Road and continue for 1.2 miles
    • Turn Right onto West Shore Road and continue for approximately 0.7 Miles.
    • Turn left into the lot and drop off in the designated area.
    • Follow directions to the tollbooth locations where you can alert staff that you are dropping off.
    • Once through the tollbooths please follow signs for Kiss and Ride.
    • After you have dropped off follow signs to exit the site.

    * You will follow the same directions to pick up at the end of the night.

    Coming from the West

    • Head west on State Road 17B for 10.8 miles
    • As you approach Bethel Woods Creative Arts Center follow signs for Festival
    • Turn Right onto Perry Road and continue for 1.2 miles
    • Turn Right onto West Shore Road and continue for approximately 0.7 Miles, where you will be directed to Festival parking.

    From Scranton/81 from the South:

    • Follow directions to 84 East
    • Take I-84 East for approximately 70 miles to exit 4w
    • Merge onto NY-17 West toward Binghamton.
    • Stay on NY-17 for approximately 30 miles.
    • Take exit 104( NY 17B – Raceway, Monticello)  heading WEST
    • Head west on State Road 17B for 8.8 miles
    • As you approach Bethel Woods Creative Arts center follow the signs for Festival
    • Turn Right onto Perry Road and continue for 1.2 miles
    • Turn Right onto West Shore Road and continue for approximately 0.7 Miles, where you will be directed to Festival parking.

    From Binghamton/81 from the North:

    • Take NY-17E/I-86 E for 9 miles.
    • Continue onto NY-17 East for 26 miles
    • Take exit 87 for NY-97 S for approximately 30 miles
    • Continue onto east on State Road 17B.
    • As you approach Bethel Woods Creative Arts center follow the signs for Festival
    • In 4 miles turn Left onto Perry Road and continue for 1.2 miles
    • Turn Right onto West Shore Road and continue for approximately 0.7 Miles, where you will be directed to Festival parking.

    Coming From I-84:

    • Take I- 84 to exit 4W to merge onto NY-17 West toward Binghamton
    • Stay on NY-17 for approximately 30 miles.
    • Take exit 104( NY 17B – Raceway, Monticello) heading WEST
    • Head west on State Road 17B for 8.8 miles
    • As you approach Bethel Woods Creative Arts center follow the signs for Festival
    • Turn Right onto Perry Road and continue for 1.2 miles

  • Kiss & Ride

    There will be a dedicated “Kiss & Ride” lot where all drop offs/pick ups will be stationed. Please check back week of show for detailed directions to this lot. This location is also where you can get picked up at the end of the night! Festival staff in this lot will direct you to the entrance from the Kiss & Ride. Vehicles can NOT stay in this lot as it is specific to pick up and drop offs only! If you have a vehicle dropping you off that will stay during the show, that vehicle must have a parking pass

    If you need a taxi to or from the festival, we recommend using the following listed below. All Taxis will drop off and pick up at the designated Kiss & Ride drop off lot. At the end of the night, follow signs to this location for a quick departure.
